Yakamoz Pickles

Kalaycıoglu Gıda A.S. was established in 1981. Our efforts aimed at varius sub-branches of the food sector accompanied by our principled, fair and prospering works jumped to a higher level in 2002 with our investment in pickles and salted foods under the brand name of “Yakamoz”. At our production plant located in Corum with an outdoor area of 75.000 m² and indoor area of 4.000 m², we make production by using leading-edge technology.

Vegetables used in pickles production are procured through contractual cultivation by our farmers on the most fertile soils of the Anatolia. Thanks to this method, product traceability starts from the field; and safe and healthy vegetables are obtained under the supervision of agricultural engineers. Vegetables transported to our plant meticulously and in the freshest from possible are processed through modern machines without sacrificing hygiene requirements; and what is more, products are monitored step by step from packaging to distribution.

Making no concessions on its high quality and customer satisfaction principles, our company sensitively implements ISO 22000 Food Security (HACCP) and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Being made prepared with ultimate attention and outstanding efforts, our products meet with the ultimate consumers through the channel of our dealers located both at home and abroad.
